Jason Furman is the Aetna Professor of the Practice of Economic Policy at Harvard, jointly at the Harvard Kennedy School and the Department of Economics. He is also a nonresident senior fellow at the Peterson Institute for International Economics. Previously, he served as the 28th Chair of the Council of Economic Advisers under President Obama.
